Starting July 2026, guests at The Lobby Lounge can experience an AI-powered Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) afternoon tea that uses a real-time tongue scan to recommend a personalised herbal tea blend. The experience is developed in partnership with local wellness brand Luli and powered by Aiteaic's patented nanobubble high-pressure extraction technology.
The process begins with a complimentary 30-second tongue scan via an AI Mirror, which identifies the guest's TCM constitution — such as Qi Deficiency, Yin Deficiency, or Damp Heat. Based on the result, one of ten functional herbal teas is recommended, including blends like Ziziphus, Lily and Poria Tea or American Ginseng, Goji and Chrysanthemum Tea. Because the scan reflects the body's current state, the recommended tea can change on each visit. The tea is then brewed using nanobubble technology that preserves up to 97% of the herbs' active compounds while producing a smooth, less bitter cup. The entire process from scan to brewed tea takes under two minutes.
The S$68++ set serves two persons and includes wellness-inspired desserts such as 66% Chocolate Mousse infused with American Ginseng and Chrysanthemum Tea, plus add-on options for personalised wellness mocktails and low-alcohol cocktails inspired by the AI assessment.
